While we have access to thousands of lender programs, you will only need to submit one short application that will result in the best possible program being offered. You do not have to re-submit applications after a pre-qualification. When you submit our online application, the results are displayed within 90 seconds, with NO contingent requirements.
When an application is entered, the Applicant is presumed to have excellent credit and so they start at the top of the "lender waterfall". Then their request flows down through each subsequent lender until one approves the request. Once approved, the waterfall stops, and an offer is presented. Our lenders accept credit scores down to 500.
When an offer is made by a lender in our waterfall, the Applicant can choose the term they want and increase (within reason) or decrease the loan amount to fit their budget. Then they will just click on "accept offer", and they will be shown electronic contracts. They simply sign the contracts, and upload a photo ID. At that point, the loan is closed.
As soon as the Applicant has accepted a loan offer by signing the contract and they have uploaded a photo ID, the deal is considered as closed and the funding process is triggered immediately. All fundings are sent directly to your practice within 24 to 48 hours. All fundings take place with NO RECOURSE if the Applicant/Borrower defaults on the loan.
The lenders in our portfolio share the risk on each loan. As a result, they can approve people with much lower credit scores compared to the patient financing companies. That is also why they don't need to charge your practice high fees on each funding. The Merchant fee charged by our lenders starts at 3.5% and only averages 8.5% at all credit levels.
As described in the previous block, you will be charged a fee on each loan by the lender that funds the deal. However, Finance Your Care does not charge you any fees to use our service. The only fee we charge and collect is from the patient. But even those fees are only charged if they get approved and accept an offer. The fee is always financed.
